La Roca Plaza, a 100-unit multifamily property in Santee, sold for $26.5 mil, or $265k/unit. The property, located at 10032 North Magnolia Ave, was acquired by Casa La Roca Apartments LLC.
Situated on 4.62 acres, La Roca Plaza offers a mix of one-, two-, and three bedroom floorplans. Community amenities include a pool, playground, central courtyard, on-site laundry, high-speed internet access, and 154 off street parking spaces.
Located just 20 miles from Downtown San Diego and approximately 30 minutes from the coast, Santee is one of East County’s fastest-growing suburban hubs, offering convenient access to State Route 52 (SR 52), SR 125, Interstate 8 and the San Diego Trolley Green Line.
CBRE’s Conor Brennan and Rachel Parsons represented both the buyer and the seller, La Roca Plaza LP, in the transaction.
