Biom Innovations Inc agreed to a multi-year lease for a 22.3k sf industrial warehouse and distribution center located at 19821 Susana Road in the Rancho Dominguez Business Center. The deal value is more than $1.04 mil.
The building features two dock-high positions, one ground-level door via ramp, 28-foot clearance, approximately 2.1k sf of office space, 800 amps of power, and a fenced and secured (shared) yard. The property offers immediate access to the (710) Freeway and proximity to the Port of Long Beach, the Port of Los Angeles and Los Angeles International Airport.
Founded in 2020, Biom is a sustainable, plastic-free alternative to traditional cleaning wipes. The company’s products are sold online and through brick-and-mortar retailers, including nationwide Target stores. Biom created a system that’s safe for skin, as well as living and workspaces, while being better for the planet. Its non-toxic, biodegradable wipes are gentle enough for kids and pets, and the refillable dispenser is designed to display, not hide in the bathroom or in a cupboard.
Nick Buss, SIOR, of The Klabin Company represented Biom in the transaction. The landlord, a private entity, was represented by Danny Williams, Connor Reeves and John McMillan of Newmark.
