Northrop Grumman Systems has renewed its long-term lease at 16710 and 16750 Via Del Campo Court, a 168k sf, two building office/R&D campus in San Diego’s Rancho Bernardo submarket. The defense contractor has occupied the two-building campus since 2005.
Via Del Campo Court sits on 11.82 acres in the heart of Rancho Bernardo, a popular location for large corporate users. Drawbridge’s Southern California presence includes more than a dozen properties located in Westlake Village, Santa Monica, Orange County, and San Diego County, and leased to a diverse roster of leading companies.
Northrop Grumman Systems was repped by Randall Wood and Shawn Lorentzen of JLL in lease negotiations. The landlord, Drawbridge Realty, was represented by Tom Martinez, Chris Pascale, Evan Knudson and Cole Martinez of CBRE. Drawbridge has owned the property since 2014.
Last year, Drawbridge inked more than 572k sf in long-term leases with credit tenants and acquired $305 mil in assets, totaling over 402k sf. The firm also invested more than $20 mil in tenant and capital improvement projects across its national portfolio in 2025.
