Yerba Madre (Guayakí) agreed to a long-term full-floor lease for 9.5k sf of office space at the landmark Fine Arts Building in Downtown Los Angeles. Located at 811 West 7th St, the Fine Arts Building is an architectural icon that was designated a Historic-Cultural Monument in 1974.
The 115.9k sf office property seamlessly combines historic character with modern functionality, offering an inspiring workspace in the heart of the Figueroa Financial Corridor. Built in 1926, the building’s prime location provides tenants with immediate access to a vibrant mix of restaurants, retail, and cultural amenities along 7th Street.
Gibran Begum with NAI Capital Commercial represented the landlord in the deal. Begum notes that Yerba Madre’s decision to relocate from Venice to Downtown Los Angeles reflects the area’s strengthening market fundamentals and the growing appeal of occupying creative space in a truly distinctive environment.
The addition of Yerba Madre marks another milestone for the Fine Arts Building as it continues to attract innovative and creative companies seeking a rare combination of historic architecture, modern design, and prime accessibility in one of Los Angeles’s most dynamic business districts.
