A private investor paid $12.88 mil for Coachella Plaza, an 84.8k sf ($152/sf) shopping center located at 50249 Cesar Chavez St in Coachella. The property is situated at the corner of Cesar Chavez and Avenue 50, one of the most heavily travelled intersections in Coachella with traffic counts exceeding 26,400 cars per day.
Coachella Plaza is shadow-anchored by Cardenas Markets and features additional tenants such as Planet Fitness, WSS, Absolute Dollar, and Innercare. The center was 100% occupied at the time of sale.
JLL’s Max Kinsbruner and Brian Quinn represented the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
