Chicago-based Soardist USA Inc agreed to a $3.26 mil lease for a 30k sf industrial warehouse property in Garden Grove. The property is located at 7089-7091 Belgrave Ave, north of the 22 Fwy and west of Beach Blvd.
Mike Bouma, SIOR, and Eric Smith, SIOR, with Voit Real Estate Services represented the landlord, BPP Pacific Industrial CA REIT Owner 2 LLC, based out of Irvine. The tenant was repped by Jarrett Huge, George Tanghongs, and Hudson Hankins of the Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth office. The lease term was not disclosed.
