LA-based Optimus Properties LLC has acquired Echo Park Village, a 21.9k sf retail property located at 301–343 Glendale Blvd in Los Angeles. The property is located along Glendale Blvd, a main thoroughfare, and at the corner of Court St and Pizarro St, providing excellent visibility, pedestrian traffic, and proximity to both the 101 and 110 freeways.
Tenants at Echo Park Village include food uses such as Gra Pizzeria, Butchr Bar, Henrietta, and Clark Street, an existing tenant at another retail property that Optimus Properties purchased last year at 137-143 N. Larchmont Blvd, along with fitness uses such as One Down Dog Yoga Studio and The Strength Shoppe. Echo Park Village represents Optimus Properties’ third retail acquisition in the Echo Park neighborhood, including 1501 W. Sunset Blvd and 1487-1489 Sunset Blvd.
