Dunbar Real Estate Investment Management paid $10.05 mil for a 51.5k sf ($195/sf), multi-tenant industrial property in the eastern San Gabriel Valley city of Irwindale. The property, located at 1400-1430 Arrow Hwy, is comprised of three grade-level freestanding buildings with a total of 16 units.
The property was only 56% occupied at the close of escrow as a result of recent fire damage. The buyer will be extensively renovating the business park and processing a new parcel map to create individual industrial condominiums. The units will be offered for sale to owner/users and investors.
