A 10k sf industrial facility in Fullerton traded hands in a recent $3.38 mil ($338/sf) transaction. The property is located at 1041 S Placentia Ave, west of the 57 Fwy at the intersection with Orangethorpe Ave.

The property features 19-foot clear height, a sprinkler system, two ground-level doors, and a parking ratio of 1.9 per 1,000 square feet, making it ideal for a variety of industrial and manufacturing uses.

The buyer acquired the facility with plans to repurpose the space for a state-of-the-art dental laboratory, underscoring the adaptability and functional layout of the asset. The property’s strategic location in Fullerton offers proximity to major transportation corridors and urban centers, providing a competitive advantage for businesses seeking efficiency and access.
