Kitchen Bath Collection has agreed to a $5.3 mil 84-month renewal lease for its 48.5k sf distribution facility in Torrance. The property is located at 2860 California St, east of Hawthorne Blvd and north of Torrance Blvd.
The concrete tilt-up facility has been home to Kitchen Bath Collection since 2015 and serves as the company’s primary distribution and logistics center for its designer home products, including bathroom vanities, farmhouse sinks, medicine cabinets, and patio furniture. Founded in 1994, Kitchen Bath Collection is known for keeping all items in stock and ready to ship from its Torrance facility within two business days—a key differentiator in the home furnishings industry.
The facility includes 10k sf of office space, including a showroom component, four truck-loading positions, a calculated sprinkler system, a 19-foot minimum clear height, and 70 on-site parking spaces. The building’s proximity to major South Bay transportation corridors—including the I-405 and I-110 freeways, as well as the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach—further supports its logistical advantages.
Kitchen Bath Collection was represented by Matt Stringfellow, SIOR, Courtney Bell, and Tyler Rollema, SIOR, of The Klabin Company.
“This location has proven to be a highly strategic asset for Kitchen Bath Collection, both in terms of showcasing its product line and maximizing shipping efficiency to customers nationwide,” said Stringfellow. “Renewing this lease ensures continuity in its operations and provides a flexible, well-equipped space for continued growth.”
