We’ve learned that there has been over 85k sf of signed leases at 6300 Wilshire over the past six months. The transactions include six new tenant leases, as well as lease renewals with five existing tenants, two of which also expanded in the building.
Some of the new tenants welcomed to 6300 Wilshire include:
• BLogic Systems/TuCorp
• Niasoff Group
• Blue Chips Coffee
• Employment Rights Lawyers
In addition, the following valued tenants have renewed:
• Consulate General of Egypt
• IW Group
• SPZ Advisors
The building, managed by The Swig Company and owned in partnership with Boston-based Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, is located at 6300 Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles’ Miracle Mile district. The 22-story high-rise contains 407k sf of Class A space.
The building has spectacular, unobstructed views of the Hollywood Hills and is situated just two blocks from LA’s Purple Line Extension, which will connect Miracle Mile with Beverly Hills, Century City, and Westwood. The property also offers covered parking.
6300 Wilshire is LEED Gold, Energy Star and WELL certified. The Swig Company’s recently released 2024 ESG report also discusses a significant energy efficient, water saving project with the building’s HVAC system, further enhancing energy performance and sustainability.
