Reliable Crane Service agreed to an 86-month, $7.9 mil lease of a 75.7k sf ($1.21/sf/mo) industrial facility in Anaheim. The freestanding building sits on 5.5 acres at 1210 North Tustin Ave, north of the 91 Fwy.
The building features 10k sf of two-story, upgraded office space, 25’ to 45’ warehouse clearance, a five-ton crane way in a 45’ clear area, drive-around access seven ground-loading doors, 1,600 amps 277/480V, and fire sprinklers. It offers entry off two major streets, and proximity to Interstate 5, State Route 91, State Route 57, and State Route 55.
Ross Fippinger of CBRE represented Reliable Crane, a provider of crane rental services throughout the Southern California, Las Vegas, and Phoenix areas. Chris Migliori with DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services repped the lessor, Tustin Properties LLC, in the transaction. Migliori points out that the property features a large paved and secured yard with a 0.33 floor area ratio.
