Golden Specialty Foods agreed to a five-year, $3 mil lease of a 40k sf ($1.25/sf/mo) distribution facility in Santa Fe Springs. The structure is located at 14518 Best Ave, within a well-maintained business park at the intersection of Carmenita Rd and Rosecrans Ave.
The leased premises features 3k sf of office space and includes a wide array of sought-after industrial amenities. These include: • 20’ clear height; fully sprinklered; five dock-high loading doors; one ground-level loading ramp; 400 amps + 277/480 volt power; 28 dedicated parking stalls; and skylights for natural light.
The property is strategically positioned with direct access to both the I-5 and 91 freeways via Valley View Ave or Carmenita Rd. It offers excellent logistical convenience
and connectivity throughout the Southern California region.
