Expo Flooring has acquired the 15.8k sf warehouse facility in Central Los Angeles that it has occupied since 2016 in a $4.75 mil, off-market purchase. The building, sitting on a 23.3k sf site at 1933 Alameda St, just south of Washington Blvd, was sold by BLT Enterprises.
The property’s central location, near the 5, 10, 101, 110 and 710 freeways, offers access to destination points throughout Los Angeles and the surrounding area, making it a strategic location for Expo Flooring. The company is a supplier of flooring materials that offers curbside delivery throughout Southern California.
BLT acquired the property in 2006. Throughout its ownership, the firm implemented a series of improvements to the property, including replacing the roof in 2015, to enhance its long-term value and attract quality tenants like Expo Flooring.
