A 22.6k sf industrial building in Lake Forest has sold for $9 mil ($398/sf). The property, located at 25742 Atlantic Ocean Dr, west of the 241 Fwy just off Bake Pkwy, was sold by the Nelson Family trust.
The building features four ground-level doors, and a large secured fenced-in yard. There is also 2.5k sf of office space, shop restroom and a shower. Built in 2000, the structure sits on 1.6 acres at the intersection of Bake Pkwy and Dimension Dr, with quick access to State Route 241 and Interstate 5.
CBRE’s Jeff Carr and Jonathan Carr represented the seller in the deal. The buyer was 25742 Atlantic Ocean LLC.
