In a recent OC industrial lease, QTM Corp agreed to a five-year, $5.6 mil lease of a 65.5k sf ($1.42/sf/mo) manufacturing/distribution facility in Placentia. The property is located at 540-544 Melrose St, north of the 91 Fwy and just east of the 57 Fwy.
Mike Hefner, SIOR, and Mike Vernick, CCIM, SIOR, with Voit Real Estate Services represented the landlord, a private investor. The listing generated multiple lease offers with the winning tenant asking for minimal concessions.
QTM was repped by Thomas Mulrooney of Ashwill Associates. The company will use this property to consolidate operations from multiple facilities.
