Navigators Advisory Group paid $2.6 mil for 9890 Irvine Center Drive, a 5k sf ($520/sf) office building in Irvine. The property was sold by ICD Equities.
The two-story creative office building features a mix of open and private offices. Recent upgrades to the property include a “lofty” creative design that featured open ceilings and exposed ducting. Built in 2007, the building is located at the Irvine Center Dr and Lake Forest Dr intersection, has immediate access to Interstate 5 (I-5) and I-405, and is minutes from the Irvine Spectrum Center, which has numerous restaurants and retail shops
