Steel Peak has acquired an industrial outdoor storage (IOS) property in San Diego for $2.62 mil. The property, located at 6975 Camino Maquiladora, consists of a 6.2k sf industrial building and expansive concrete fenced yard on 1.2 acres.
6975 Camino Maquiladora is ideally located just minutes from the I-5 Fwy and in close proximity to the 905 freeway and the US-Mexico border.
This purchase is the fifth IOS property acquisition for Steel Peak in 2024. The firm is looking to grow its IOS portfolio in 2025 in other key markets across the Western United States.
