Total Safety U.S. Inc signed a seven-year lease worth $5.5 mil for a 52.6k sf industrial facility in the Harbor City area of Los Angeles. The property, located at 1405-1407 240th St, west of the 110 Fwy and north of Sepulveda Blvd, is owned by Alere Property Group LLC.
The facility features 4.5k sf of office, 1600 amps of power, four dock-high positions, four ground-level doors, up to 25’ of clear height and fenced, private yard. The concrete tilt-up building was constructed in 1999.
The tenant is a leading provider of integrated safety strategies and solutions for hazardous environments globally that is relocating from a smaller building in Rancho Dominguez. They were repped in the deal by Brian Held and Ron Wade of CBRE.
The Klabin Company’s Courtney Bell and Matt Stringfellow, SIOR, represented Alere Property in the transaction.
