Goodwill Industries of Orange County (Goodwill OC) inked a lease for 15k sf of retail space at 17120 Magnolia St in Fountain Valley. The retailer will join Aldi and CVS at Warner Marketplace, a neighborhood shopping center.
This will be the organization's first store in the city of Fountain Valley and the latest step toward achieving its goal of doubling its retail footprint and workforce development impact in Orange County over the next decade. This deal marks the opening of Goodwill OC’s 25th store.
