Family Health Centers paid $11.025 mil for a 21k sf ($525/sf) commercial building in San Diego. The building sits on a site with flexible zoning for various uses.
Located at 4650 Mission Bay Dr, on the corner of Garnet Ave and Mission Bay Dr, the two-story building was built in 1977 on a 1.73-acre lot and is accessible from both streets. The property is adjacent to commercial buildings on both sides and is surrounded by residential units to the west. There are 52 parking spaces west of the building.
CBRE’s Reg Kobzi, Michael Peterson, Joel Wilson and Rosie Cooper represented the seller of the building. Kelly Moriarty and Chris Ross of JLL repped Family Health Centers.
"This landmark asset has never been sold since its development in 1977," said Peterson. "It is a rare opportunity to own the gateway corner for Pacific Beach in a dense, infill, coastal San Diego location."
