San Diego Gas & Electric Company leased a 3.9-acre storage yard in the central San Diego submarket of Miramar. Located at 9225-9285 Dowdy Dr, the property comprises 169.9k sf with a 6.3k sf structure on site.
The site features a fenced and secured yard, an on-site structure with split warehouse and office space utilization, a trailer yard and outdoor storage, and new fencing and lighting. Situated just one block off Miramar Rd, the area sees high-volume traffic with over 52,000 cars per day.
Evan McDonald and Tucker Hohenstein with Colliers represented the landlord, Lincoln Property Group, in marketing and leasing the property. San Diego Gas & Electric Company was repped by Matt Weaver and Dan Gaston of Lee &Associates. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
