Traveler’s insurance inked a 66-month lease for 41.6k sf of office space in the eastern San Gabriel Valley city of Diamond Bar. The Class A, three-story 80.2k sf building is located at 21680 Gateway Dr, south of Hwy 60 and adjacent to the east side of Hwy 57.
Gateway Corporate Center is home to several Fortune 500 companies and is minutes from State Route 60 (SR-60), SR-57, and Interstate 10. Its location is strategically placed at the four corners of Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Bernardino County, and Riverside County, allowing companies to benefit from a diverse employee base and reduced commute times.
Kevin Mechelke with JLL represented the tenant in the deal. Philip Woodford and Steven Saunders with CBRE repped the landlord, Buchanan Street Partners LP. According to Saunders, since the beginning of the pandemic the project executed eight new office leases and renewed and expanded two additional tenants’ space.
