In a recent retail sales comp from San Diego County, Rancho Santa Plaza, a 60.5k sf shopping center in Encinitas, traded for $26 mil, or $430/sf.
The property is located at 162 S. Rancho Santa Fe Rd, east of I-5. The center is anchored by Harvest Ranch Market.
The buyer, Space Investment Partners, a privately held real estate investment, development, and management firm based in Corona del Mar, is planning major enhancements and aesthetic improvements to the property.
