A SoCal hospitality brokerage team consisting of Aseem Tandon, Kamlesh Patel and Johnny Quan has joined Cushman & Wakefield in Orange County. Tandon joins as Executive Director, with Patel as Senior Associate and Quan as Associate.
The team’s primary role is representing sellers and buyers of hospitality properties and providing full-service solutions to investors and developers in Orange County, the Southern California region, and across the United States. Coming over from Colliers, the trio brings a combined more than 18 years of career experience serving private and institutional clients in the hospitality sector.
“As team leader, Aseem provides comprehensive experience in hotel operations and a successful track record of investment sales. Being an owner operator of hotels, he understands the opportunities and challenges associated with hotel investments. This experience serves as a unique advantage in advising and guiding clients in developing their strategies to maximize their returns in hotel investments,” added Cannon.
Kamlesh Patel offers deep experience in the field of selling various homes, motels, and hotels, particularly to those in the Indian community. He also currently has investments in three franchised hotels, having recently sold one investment. In addition to his work in investment management, he has also served in the role as general manager for multiple hotels in Southern and Northern California.
Johnny Quan specializes in the hospitality capital market and investment sales, and through his sharp market insight and a client-centric approach, has excelled in negotiation, due diligence, and deal structuring. He is committed to fostering collaborative partnerships and delivering operational excellence.
