Netherlands-based semiconductor manufacturer ASML inked a long-term lease for 55.2k sf of space at Via Del Campo Court II, an 80.7k sf building under construction in San Diego’s Rancho Bernardo submarket.
The Class A office and R&D building, located at 16707 Via Del Campo Court, is being developed by Drawbridge Realty. It will be ready for tenant occupancy this summer when ASML will occupy the second and third floors of the three-story building. The first floor, totaling 25.5k sf, remains available for lease.
Drawbridge broke ground on Via Del Campo Court II last March. It is the first building to be constructed on a speculative basis in Rancho Bernardo in more than a decade.
16707 Via Del Campo Court has large, efficient floor plates with 15’ floor-to-floor ceiling heights and expansive window lines to allow maximum natural light. There is an oversized patio on the top floor and surface parking for 132 vehicles.
Jay Alexander and Tim Olson of JLL represented Drawbridge in the lease negotiations. ASML was repped by Damon Melda of JLL.
