Swing Set Productions inked a 10-year, $5 mil lease for a 10.8k sf, creative office space in Long Beach. The space is located in Airway Office Park at 3816 Stineman Ct, north of the 405 Fwy and west of Lakewood Blvd.
Swing Set is a creative production studio that offers turn-key solutions to some of the world’s top brands like Hyundai, Genesis, Signature Kitchen Series, and Apple Music. Relocating from Huntington Beach, Swing Set’s new studio adds to a growing creative community in Long Beach.
Airway Office Park, developed by Urbana Real Estate Development, is a 3.7-acre campus situated adjacent to the Long Beach Airport in the 260-acre, master-planned Douglas Park. The complex is made up of dual two-story buildings that offer more than 60k sf of office space and amenities.
The project is currently under construction with core and shell to be completed late July 2023. Full-service design firm RDC has been tasked with envisioning and executing a new creative workplace that will support and represent the brand's leadership in their field while also serving as a new hub for hosting industry collaborations.
Jeff Coburn, CCIM, SIOR and Shaun McCullough, CCIM, SIOR of Lee & Associates Los Angeles – Long Beach Inc. represented the landlord, Airway Office Park LLC. The tenant, Swing Set Propositions LLC was repped by Michael Shuken of Savills.
