AMK Auto Group paid $5.84 mil for a 2.9-acre industrial yard property in Otay Mesa. The property is located at 7680 Paseo De La Fuente, east of State Route (SR) 11 and SR 125 with direct access to the new Otay Mesa II Port of Entry.
AMK Auto Group will use the move-in ready industrial land for its transport business. The property is fully fenced, graded with utilities and has a concrete gated entry.
CBRE’s Ramin Salehi, John Smith and Joe Smith represented the buyer, a trucking and auto transport business. On Paseo Fuente 7680 LLC sold the property.
"Otay Mesa still has a high demand for industrial yard space," said Salehi. "Industrial outdoor storage is limited throughout the region, and Otay Mesa is one of the last remaining areas that allow occupiers to purchase land for their intended use."
