The Row on Harbor, a 23.3k sf, newly renovated retail strip center in La Habra, was acquired by a 1031, all-cash buyer. The property was sold by DMI Real Estate Group.
Located at 1450-1478 S. Harbor Blvd, The Row on Harbor completed an extensive renovation in 2020 and is currently 100% leased to 14 tenants, including EggBred, AkaFuji, Furai Chicken, Bodhi Leaf Coffee Traders, Code Ninjas and Club Pilates. The center is situated on ±1.72 acres.
Joseph Lising of Cushman & Wakefield’s Southern California Retail Team, together with Daniel Sydor, MAI of the firm’s Valuation & Advisory Services worked with DMI Real Estate Group in the disposition of the property. The price was not disclosed.
“The Row on Harbor is a high-quality revitalized and vibrant shopping center with boutique restaurants and retail, serving the Fullerton, Brea and La Habra communities. The property is very well positioned along Harbor Blvd, one of Orange County’s main thoroughfares,” said Lising.
