The law firm of Lewitt Hackman has renewed its lease for 23.4k sf of office space in Encino. The firm inked a 10-year deal, estimated to be worth around $10 mil, which divides out to an average of around $3.50/sf/mo.
The building is at 16633 Ventura Blvd, between Balboa Blvd and Hayvenhurst Ave. Lewitt Hackman will continue use the space for its law offices, maintaining the same amount of space with a 70-80% attendance daily.
“Our Encino office continues to provide our attorneys, support staff, and clients with outstanding services and amenities,” said Keith Zimmet, President and Managing Shareholder of Lewitt Hackman. “As part of our renewal, we intend to perform extensive modernization of our space to ensure that it continues to provide such services for an increasingly agile workforce and client base well into the future.”
JLL’s Bryan Lewitt and Chris Isola represented Lewitt Hackman in the lease. The landlord, Ventura-Petit East, LLC, repped itself.
