Construction has been completed at Clearwater at Glendora, a high-end senior living facility equipped for residents seeking assisted living and memory care services in the San Gabriel Valley. The project was built by R.D. Olson Construction on behalf of Clearwater Living. It is located at 333 West Dawson Ave, east of Grand Ave and just south of the 210 Fwy in Glendora conveniently situated next to shopping, restaurants, parks and the Glen Oaks Golf Course.
The 117-unit, 108k sf two-story building provides 88 assisted living units and 29 memory care units, offering specialized care for people living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of memory impairment. Residents will have several layout options ranging from single or double occupancy rooms, with studios, one- and two-bedroom room units available. Move-ins are scheduled for early 2023.
The $26.5 mil full-service center broke ground in April 2021 and is designed to be a modern and supportive community. Amenities include multiple dining venues, a wine vault, display kitchen, BBQ station, game room, theater room, activity rooms, a lounge featuring a bar and piano, hair salon, state-of-the-art fitness center, massage room, art studio, four outdoor courtyards and a variety of indoor and outdoor seating areas. It is also dog friendly with a dog park for residents.
