ColourPop Cosmetics LLC subleased 11.5k sf of office space in Sherman Oaks. The firm’s deal is at Valley Office Plaza, a 13-story Class A high-rise located at 15233 Ventura Blvd, at the corner with Sepulveda Blvd. The prime location provides easy access to the 405 and 101 Freeways, making it a strategic hub for ColourPop’s expanding business.
Directly across the street, the Sherman Oaks Galleria offers a vibrant mix of dining, shopping, and entertainment, creating a dynamic environment for professionals. The combination of exceptional office space and surrounding amenities makes Valley Office Plaza an ideal choice for companies seeking both convenience and prestige.
Adam Comora of NAI Capital Commercial’s Tenant Consulting Services Group represented ColourPop in the deal. Jim Schoolfield and Michael Freiberg with JLL repped the sublessor in the transaction. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
