In a downtown Los Angeles office lease, United Way of Greater Los Angeles signed a 15-year deal for a 22.1k sf, full floor at 515 South Figueroa St. The firm will relocate to its new ninth floor space in April 2025.
515 South Figueroa is a 21-story, LEED Certified Class A property totaling 437.8k sf and includes a new state-of-the-art tenant conference center, an outdoor landscaped courtyard, Orangetheory Fitness, Bright Horizons daycare, ample parking, and secure access, among other features.
The building’s occupancy is now over 86%. The property was honored in the 2024 BOMA Greater Los Angeles TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) awards, as the recipient for the Best Building in the 250,000 – 499,999 sf category.
The tenant was represented by Ron Burkhardt and Steve Salas with Newmark. John Eichler and Tyler Stark with Avison Young represented the property ownership, John Hancock Real Estate. Avison Young is also the managing agent for the property.
Since 1922, United Way of Greater Los Angeles has helped hundreds of thousands of families and individuals move into stable homes, access critical healthcare, pursue quality education, escape the cycle of poverty-and more. The non-profit will be relocating from its current downtown LA location at 1150 South Olive St.
