Centrally located, the property offers easy access to nearby parks, restaurants, offices, retail establishments, and the renowned Del Amo Fashion Regional Center. Constructed in 2012, the Mediterranean-style building features two tenants on triple-net leases: Leap & Bound Academy and The Real Estate Group.
Sheri Messerlian and David Shaby with NAI Capital Commercial represented the seller, TK&S, in the transaction.
According to Messerlian, the building has been in the family since it was first constructed. This is the second property owned by the family that NAI Capital has transacted. Last year, they represented both the family and the buyer in the $6.65 mil sale of the retail center Sylvia Square, which is immediately adjacent to and south of the office building.
