The Southern California chapter of NAIOP has announced its 2024 Executive Committee and Board of Directors, including leaders from many of the most highly-regarded commercial real estate firms across Los Angeles and Orange counties.
The NAIOP SoCal 2024 Executive Committee is comprised of: President Eric Paulsen, Kidder Mathews; President-Elect Mark Mattis, Avison Young; Vice President Stephane Wandel, The Orden Company; Treasurer Brooke Birtcher Gustafson, Birtcher Development LLC; Secretary Brian Baker, JP Morgan; Programs and Education Liaison Fran Inman, Majestic Realty Co.; and Past President Justin McCusker, C.J. Segerstrom & Sons.
“I am honored that my peers are allowing me to lead NAIOP’s second largest chapter and excited about the challenges we are going to face and the fun we are going to have in 2024. We have a lot of networking and educational events teed up including our golf tournaments, Night at the Fights, and our Awards Gala. However, the market is stressed, and we have a lot of game-changing legislation that is coming to the ballots in 2024, from AB 1000 trying to eliminate industrial development to AB 13, which is the first step in attempting to dismantle Prop 13 and our tax protections. With all that is in store for 2024, it is going to be a vital year to be a NAIOP member,” said Paulsen.
