Work has been completed on The Now, a 40k sf retail center in west Los Angeles that was redeveloped from a convenience center by developer Jeff Appel. The Now is located at 11819 Wilshire Blvd, west of the 405 Fwy and Barrington Ave.
At the heart of The Now is its Zen-inspired architecture and design, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and mindfulness. This unique aesthetic not only promotes a sense of calm but is also designed to appeal to the discerning tastes of the population living and working in the surrounding area, known for their influence and trend-setting abilities.
Tenants signed to-date include Pure Barre, Corepower Yoga, Subway and FedEx. Matt Saker and Richard Rizika with Beta Agency are overseeing leasing at the project.
