Rexford Industrial Realty recently closed on the purchase of two fully-leased, single-tenant industrial assets totaling 220.8k sf in the Santa Clarita Valley for $38 mil in an off-market deal.
The properties are situated on 9.1 acres at 27712 and 27756 Avenue Mentry, east of I-5 just off Newhall Ranch Rd. They are adjacent to three others in Rexford’s portfolio.
The long-term lease on these assets provides Rexford with a secure cash flow. In addition, they are considered candidates for future repositioning.
