New lease signings with a multinational law firm, CBRE, and Tilt Coffee Bar have brought the iconic 2000 Avenue of the Stars office property in Century City to 100% leased. 2000 Avenue of the Stars is part of the Century Park campus that includes Century Plaza Towers.
At 865k sf across 12 floors, 2000 Avenue of the Stars is a commanding office property that is already home to Creative Artists Agency, Ares Management, Canyon Capital Advisors, DLA Piper, UBS, and Air Lease among other top tier corporate names. New tenants include a multinational law firm relocating from downtown Los Angeles, for 57.9k sf and CBRE for 21k sf. Tilt Coffee Bar will serve handcrafted quality drinks adding to the significant tenant experience.
