Pasadena Child Development Associates inked a lease for 16.2k sf of office space in Pasadena. The lease encompassed two adjacent buildings, one located at 790 East Green and the other at 118 South Oak Knoll. Both buildings are located in Pasadena's central business district and are within walking distance of shopping, dining, and business service amenities on South Lake Avenue.
The first building, 790 East Green, is an 8k sf office medical building situated on the corner of Green St and Hudson Ave. It boasts two main entrances from Green St and an additional entrance from the back private parking lot, which includes 10 parking spaces. The property offers spacious open workspaces and individual private offices.
The second building, 118 South Oak Knoll, is a two-story office building covering 8.1k sf. It is a free-standing structure located near the corner of Green St and Oak Knoll Ave. The building includes a reception area, kitchen, two restrooms, abundant storage space, over 20 offices, and multiple conference rooms.
Tina LaMonica with NAI Capital Commercial represented the tenant in the deal. According to LaMonica, Pasadena Child Development Associates is occupying slightly less space than before, but these combined buildings better align with their operations and services.
