Puratos Corporation leased an 86.9k sf,state-of-the-art warehouse/distribution facility in Gardena that was recently completed. The class A warehouse/distribution facility, located at 15601 S Avalon Blvd, sits in the heart of the South Bay's most sought-after industrial market transportation corridors.
The freestanding facility, completed in 2023, offers exceptional features, including a 32-foot minimum clear height warehouse, nine-dock high positions, one grade-level door, LED lighting throughout the building, a fenced yard with 97 parking spots, an ESFR sprinkler system (K-17), ample power supply (3,000 Amps, 277/480V), and on-site electrical charging for passenger vehicles.
