Naked Wardrobe acquired a 90.4k sf, Class A commercial property in Calabasas it will utilize as its new headquarters location, which is an expansion from their previous Northridge location. Naked Wardrobe is an affordable luxury clothing brand.
Located along the 101 Fwy at 26541 Agoura Rd, just west of Las Virgenes Rd, the property was the former headquarters for Harbor Freight Tools Inc and is in an amenity-rich Calabasas location.
Founders of Naked Wardrobe Shideh Kaviani, Shirin Kaviani and Shida Kaviani said in a statement: “We are thrilled to call Calabasas home to Naked Wardrobe’s new headquarters. We aim to bring even more jobs and opportunities to the city of Calabasas as we continue to expand Naked Wardrobe’s footprint on a global scale.”
“With recent renovations complete, the property was well-positioned for use by one tenant versus being a multi-tenant office property,” said CBRE’s Perry. “We were excited to find an enthusiastic company like Naked Wardrobe who will use the new location to create a work culture for its employees where they can build relationships and collaborate.”
CBRE’s Mark Perry, Michael Slater, Tom Dwyer, Caroline Bigelow and Carlene O’Neil, along with Scott Murphy, asset manager for Ella Valley Investments, represented the seller, LA-based Edgemark Littleton LLC and the Murray S. Pepper Trust. ZMax Realty repped the buyer in the deal.
