Colliers has been awarded the exclusive leasing and property management assignment of Downtown Los Angeles’ Gas Company Tower at 555 West 5th Street. The firm was retained by Gregg Williams of Trident Pacific Real Estate, who has been appointed Receiver.
An architectural landmark in Los Angeles’ central business district, the prominent 52-story, Class A office building totals 1.368 msf and serves as headquarters for the Southern California Gas Company.
Colliers’ Ian M. Gilbert and Matthew Heyn will handle leasing. Sean Fulp is providing advisory services to the client. Kevin Rude and Tina Minook will lead full-service property management.
