ZEALOT has inked a long-term lease for 13k sf of space at Hollywood Entertainment Plaza located at 7080 Hollywood Blvd in the heart of Hollywood. ZEALOT, a creative marketing agency, will occupy the entire top floor of the 11-story building. The custom-built creative office space will include private offices, editing rooms, multiple conference rooms and meeting rooms, lounge areas, open kitchen, and a large multipurpose room, all with panoramic views of the city.
Built in 1972, the 170k sf Hollywood Entertainment Plaza is located on the western end of the famed Hollywood Walk-of-Fame near La Brea Ave and is within walking distance of the Hollywood/Highland Metro Rail Station, part of the Red Line that runs from Downtown Los Angeles to the San Fernando Valley.
The property owner, Jamison, recently completed a multimillion renovation of the property that included a refresh of the façade, new lobby, elevators and common areas along with new creative spec suites and other custom buildout opportunities. The property is near numerous shopping, dining and entertainment options including the Hollywood landmarks TCL Chinese Theater, The Dolby Theater, Musso & Frank Grill, and The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.

ZEALOT has developed trailers, TV spots, and digital campaigns for some of the most popular film & TV productions in the world. The company, which also has offices in London and New York, will relocate from its current location in Culver City.
