Standard Management Co purchased Elevon at Campus El Segundo, a 15.7k sf creative office building in El Segundo, for $11 mil. The building, located at 2245 Campus Dr, will serve as Standard Management’s new corporate headquarters.
The two-story plus loft property was built in 2015. It has concrete floors, 15-foot exposed ceilings, steel columns, and glass garage doors with access to patios. The Elevon campus includes lounge areas, dog-friendly walking paths, and retail amenities. Additionally, it offers proximity to LAX airport, many professional sports training facilities, and various creative firms in the area.
CBRE’s Mark Landver represented the seller, SRE Mortgage, in the transaction.
“Located at the Elevon campus, the office building’s creative modern design and prime position were appealing to the new owners,” said Landver. “The new headquarters space is in an amenity-rich development that allows employees to have a live-work-play experience.”
