Greg Dyer has earned the title of Executive Vice President at CBRE. Dyer, who is based in the firm’s South Bay office, has more than 27 years of experience in commercial real estate and is a member of one of the most experienced tenant representation teams in the industry.
Dyer and his team provide strategic business solutions to tenants and landlords both in the local Port of Los Angeles/Long Beach industrial market and on targeted assignments across the nation. His expertise includes site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, sale/leasebacks, land sales, and redevelopments. Over the past decade, Dyer has been involved in over 20 build-to-suit transactions totaling more than 3 msf on behalf of his clients.
Dyer is consistently ranked among the firm’s top producers. Since joining CBRE in 1994, he has been directly involved in closing more than 58 msf of transactions totaling nearly $3.5 bil in transaction value. Additionally, he has represented some of the nation’s most prominent corporations including tenants and landlords such as Prologis, BlackRock, DWS, Black Creek, and Duke, among others.
