Lift Partners acquired a 42.5k sf industrial property located at 2950 E. Harcourt in Rancho Dominguez in an off-market deal. The price was not given out.
The freestanding asset is fully NNN-leased to Wenzlau Engineering, a specialized electrical engineering firm, providing the buyer with immediate strong cash flow. It features four dock-high doors with two ground-level loading positions and a fenced yard.
The prime, unincorporated Los Angeles County location of Rancho Dominquez offers immediate access to major freeways such as Interstate 710, State Route 91, and the Alameda Corridor—positioning the asset less than 12 miles and under 20 minutes from the bustling World Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.
Anthony Bergeman, Krishna Shegran and Michael Chase with DAUM Commercial represented the seller, a private owner and manufacturing company, and procured the buyer, an investment firm based in San Francisco.
