XTR, an entertainment studio, has acquired BelleVarado Studios, a 25.4k sf, freestanding creative studio and office complex in Los Angeles, for $8.625 mil ($340/sf).
The property is located at 601-611 N. Alvarado St and 2103-2127 Bellevue Ave, adjacent to the 101 Fwy in L.A.’s Echo Park neighborhood. The location offers convenient access to Hollywood, Downtown Los Angeles and neighboring communities.
XTR will use the space for its headquarters, which includes production and post-production facilities, a sound stage, recording studio and offices. The property features high ceilings, concrete floors, exposed brick, bow-truss ceilings and a freestanding sound Stage with 18-foot clear height.
