Built in 1952, and renovated in 2017, the property features four buildings including 13k sf of cargo containers converted to creative office space, a 1.4k sf office, and two warehouses: one 8k sf and the other 20k sf. The property is situated in a prime location, minutes to Burbank Boulevard, the 101 and 134 Freeways, and NoHo Arts District. The new owner plans to occupy the property for their business.
