Prologis Inc has acquired Pacific Vista, a 322.3k sf, Class A corporate office campus situated on just over 24 acres in Lake Forest, for $96 mil ($298/sf) in an off-market deal. The property consists of five two-story office buildings that are leased to seven long-term tenants.
The property is located at 25500-25550 Commercentre Drive, offering convenient access to major freeway routes including Interstates 5 and 405 as well as State Route-241. It is also proximate to numerous amenities including Irvine Spectrum and the Great Park.
Prologis plans to continue operating the property as a best-in-class office project.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Jason Ward represented Prologis in the deal. C&W’s John Harty, with assistance from colleagues Jeffrey Cole, Nico Napolitano and Ed Hernandez, repped the seller in the transaction.
