Via at Sunset Plaza, a 23-unit multifamily community in West Hollywood, sold for $14 mil, which works out to about $609k per unit. Built in 1958, the property has been partially renovated during the last two years with finishes that include hardwood flooring, quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, and modern designer accents.
Via at Sunset Plaza’s location just one block off Sunset Blvd gives tenants easy walkability to the area’s unique array of retail boutiques, contemporary eateries, and popular night life and entertainment. Walkable destinations include the Edition, Soho House, the London, the soon-to-be completed Pendry, and a host of famous music and entertainment venues.
Kevin Green, Joseph Grabiec, and Paul Darrow with THG Multifamily represented the seller, a private multifamily investment firm, and procured the buyer, a family partnership.
